This weeks wisdom wednesday comes from Christian Bason from the Danish Design Centre. Having led a team of innovation managers in the early 2000’s he is now embracing a new leadership role for the future, what he calls mission managers. Mission managers focus on achieving a long-term vision of change for a wide range of stakeholders instead of internal organisational development. Think fast fashion companies working together to solve the problems they create. As Christian says:

“The key to solving complex, systemic, long-term problems across sectors and levels is to address them together.”
